Our Student Athlete program is specifically designed to give middle and high school athletes that edge.  We take CrossFit methodology and tailor it specifically to teenagers.  Students train alongside other athletes their age, under the supervision and expert training of our coaches.  Coaches work with each and every student to specifically meet their unique goals.  We specialize in building on the athlete’s strengths while eliminating their weaknesses.  Teens who go through our program are universally stronger, faster, leaner, more powerful, and more focused athletes.
