Here's the bad news...
If you train hard enough and long enough,
you WILL hit a wall.
Your performance will plateau,
your fat loss will slow down,
you'll lose motivation and get discouraged.
I wish there were a way around that.
(If I find one, I'll let you know)
But the point of training is to grow and improve
BEYOND your current abilities.
The only way to find the limits of your abilities
is to push yourself until you reach them.
And when you do, it's a watershed moment.
Because what you'll be MOST tempted to do is quit.
But (and here's the good news)
you're also right on the verge of a HUGE breakthrough.
All you have to do is stick with it and get through that wall.
Talk to your coach, talk to your fellow athletes,
talk to your spouse, talk to your therapist.
Get help re-setting your mind.
And when you break through
you will be AMAZED at what you can do.
