What's your favorite workout? Double-unders and back squats

Tell us about your sports and fitness background: Basketball, softball, volleyball, and CrossFit.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? My mom told me "You're doing it." Haha! But I was excited to start.
Take us back to your first workout... what was it and how did you feel? Pull-ups and squats. I was tired and sore.
What sorts of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CrossFit? My muscles have gotten bigger, I've become faster, and my legs are getting slimmer.
What sorts of changes have you experienced in your life after starting CrossFit that were unexpected? I started to feel good about how I looked :-)
Please share with us any favorite CrossFit or Underwood Park CrossFit moments! The Student Athlete program is awesome!
Any advice for people just getting started? Don't be scared or feel bad if people are more "fit" than you. They have been doing it a lot longer than you! Just focus on beating your goals and maxes.
What are your hobbies, interests, and/or talents outside of CrossFit? Basketball, softball, volleyball, and many other school activities.
